Our experience shows that each organization and its business processes are unique, and so we employ a situational approach to client assignments. Using the following steps, we partner with our clients to achieve the most successful solutions:
- Understand the business, goals, results, direction, products/and or services: seek metrics wherever possible.
- Understand the problems and/or issues: what is wrong, what is right, what is in question.
- Understand the organization and its reporting relationships, structure, span of geography, business units and footprint in the market.
- Meet with stakeholders including executive management, department management and where appropriate, affected staff.
- Undertake additional internal research and external market research to gather relevant information and data (metrics) applicable to the project.
- Analyze client needs and research data obtained to provide a set of alternative solutions and a recommendation.
- Present and discuss solution(s) with stakeholders to obtain feedback and direction.
- Refine solution(s) and present final report to client.
- Prepare and outline an implementation plan for client and/or consultant action.
- Follow up with client contact for quality assurance.
